ISB - INSTALLATION ON TRACK

The Kits for Insulated Joints are supplied with precoated fishplates. The KIT is supplied with either a 1-hour.

  • Insulating coating produce in ALMAR plant
  • Rail and fishplates tolerances adapted on each joint
  • System for very short track closures. Can be installed on site or directly in the track
    in only one hour.
  • Secure insulating layer on the fishplate with constant thickness.
  • Simple execution thanks to a safe installation process

ISB - PRODUCTION ON SITE

Insulated kit joint are provided with the fishplates coated with insulated component.
The KIT is supplied with either a 1 hour drying glue or 7 hours drying glue to be used
in track or on site. The fastening components are adapted to the Railways norm
requirements.

  • Insulating and gluing components compatible for fastening process
  • Gluying process save 70% of quantity of glue

List of components : 2 insulated fishplates, 4 or 6 Bolts + washers,
4 or 6 insulating rims, Glue + hardener, 1 end post rail profile

In accordance with our customers and the desired products, we conduct training sessions for the installation. In this way, the production employees are trained to install our products with all the important know-how.

The Kit for Insulated Polymer Joints is made of reinforced glass fibre composite material.
